This Privacy Policy explains how Modani Productions, operated by Shivnarayan Modani, collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when customers visit the Neon Battle Royale website, purchase Battle Passes, communicate with us or attend the event.

We may collect information including the purchaser’s and attendee’s name, email address, telephone number, billing address, order number, purchased pass type, quantity, payment status, attendee information, student or corporate eligibility information, communication history and information reasonably required for event admission, fraud prevention, customer support and safety.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorised payment-service providers. We do not ordinarily receive or store complete debit-card, credit-card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Payment providers may process payment and device information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Identification Information

Student, corporate or government-issued identification may be checked to verify ticket eligibility, age or admission rights. Unless specifically required for registration, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution, we do not intend to retain complete copies of identification documents after verification.
