Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing a Battle Pass or attending Neon Battle Royale, the purchaser and every attendee using the booking agree to these Terms of Service, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, event rules, venue rules and any reasonable safety instructions communicated by the Organiser.

Organiser

Neon Battle Royale is presented by Modani Productions, operated by [FULL LEGAL NAME/ENTITY NAME], with its principal place of business at [FULL BUSINESS ADDRESS]. References to “we”, “us”, “our” and the “Organiser” refer to this entity.

Event Details

Neon Battle Royale is scheduled for 23 August 2026 in Mumbai, India. The exact venue, entry gates, reporting time, programme schedule and operational instructions may be communicated through the website, registered email address, registered mobile number, official social-media accounts or ticketing communication.

Eligibility to Purchase

The purchaser must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction. Where a purchase is made for a minor or an attendee who cannot legally contract independently, the purchaser confirms that they are the parent, legal guardian or otherwise authorised person responsible for that attendee.

Accuracy of Customer Information

Customers must provide complete, accurate and current information during purchase and attendee registration. The Organiser is not responsible for missed confirmations or event updates caused by an incorrect email address, telephone number, name or other information entered by the customer.

Order Acceptance

Submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance of an order. An order is considered accepted only after successful payment and issuance of an official order confirmation. The Organiser may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors, technical failures, duplicate transactions, suspected fraud, unauthorised resale, inventory errors or misuse of promotional offers.

Battle Pass Categories

The Student Battle Pass admits one eligible student and requires a valid current student ID. The Corporate Battle Pass admits one eligible attendee and requires valid employee, corporate or professional identification. The Duo Battle Pass admits two attendees entering together. The Squad & Family Battle Pass admits four attendees entering together.

Digital Passes and Admission

Battle Passes are delivered digitally. Customers must retain their order confirmation and any QR code, digital ticket or entry credential later issued by the Organiser or its authorised ticketing provider. A ticket or QR code may be used only for the number of admissions stated on the purchased pass. The first successful scan or validation may invalidate copied, duplicated or previously used credentials.

Ticket Security

Customers are responsible for protecting their order confirmation, QR code, ticket number and booking credentials. Battle Passes should not be publicly posted, forwarded to unknown persons or displayed on social media. The Organiser is not responsible for unauthorised use caused by the customer sharing or failing to secure their ticket credentials.

Prices, Taxes and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. The total amount payable, including applicable taxes or separately disclosed charges, will be displayed before payment is completed. Payment processing is handled by Shopify and the enabled payment provider. The Organiser does not directly receive or store complete card credentials.

No Physical Delivery

Battle Passes are digital event admissions and no physical product will be shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a functioning email address and checking their inbox, spam folder and promotional folders for booking communications.

Entry and Security Checks

Admission is subject to ticket validation, identification checks, security screening, venue capacity, prohibited-item rules and compliance with instructions issued by security personnel, venue management and the Organiser. Bags and belongings may be inspected to the extent permitted by law and venue policy.

Prohibited Conduct

Attendees must not engage in violence, harassment, discrimination, dangerous behaviour, unauthorised commercial activity, deliberate damage, theft, illegal substance possession, weapon possession, unauthorised access, interference with event operations or conduct that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.

Prohibited Items

The Organiser or venue may prohibit weapons, sharp objects, illegal substances, outside alcohol, glass containers, inflammable materials, fireworks, lasers, professional recording equipment, drones, hazardous chemicals and other items considered unsafe or unsuitable. A complete prohibited-items list may be announced closer to the event date.

Water-Festival Conditions

Attendees acknowledge that Neon Battle Royale includes water guns, water sprays, wet surfaces, rain-dance areas, water attractions, loud music, lighting effects and crowded entertainment areas. Attendees must exercise reasonable caution, wear appropriate clothing and footwear, protect personal belongings and follow all safety instructions.

Personal Belongings

Attendees remain responsible for their phones, wallets, clothing, electronic devices, identification and other personal belongings. The Organiser will not be responsible for ordinary loss, theft or water damage except to the extent directly caused by the Organiser’s proven negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Health and Medical Responsibility

Attendees should assess whether the event environment is appropriate for their health and physical condition. Anyone with a medical condition affected by water, crowds, loud sound, flashing lights, physical activity or weather should seek appropriate medical advice and take necessary precautions. Emergency assistance may be provided, but attendees remain responsible for personal medical expenses unless otherwise required by law.

Alcohol and Complimentary Beverages

Alcoholic beverages will be served only where legally permitted and only to attendees satisfying the applicable age and government-issued identification requirements. Service may be refused to any person who is underage, unable to produce acceptable identification, intoxicated, disruptive or otherwise ineligible. A mocktail alternative will be available where included with the purchased pass.

Photography and Recording

Photography, videography and audio recording may take place during the event for security, documentation, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes. By entering the event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in crowd photographs or recordings. Any prominent commercial use focused on a specific individual will be handled in accordance with applicable law and reasonable consent requirements.

Commercial Resale

Battle Passes must not be purchased or resold for unauthorised commercial gain. The Organiser may cancel tickets reasonably believed to have been obtained through bots, fraudulent payment, bulk unauthorised resale or misleading resale platforms. Customers should purchase only through the official website or an authorised ticketing partner.

Event Changes

The Organiser may make reasonable changes to the venue, gates, schedule, performers, attractions, production layout, entry procedure or operational arrangements for safety, legal, production or logistical reasons. Material cancellation or rescheduling will be handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual Property

The names, logos, designs, website content, promotional material, photographs, videos and branding associated with Neon Battle Royale and Modani Productions are owned by or licensed to the Organiser. They may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited or used to suggest an unauthorised association without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, the Organiser will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of opportunity or personal expenses arising from attendance, schedule changes or circumstances outside the Organiser’s reasonable control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights and statutory dispute-resolution forums, disputes relating to the event or purchases will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
