Shipping policy

Neon Battle Royale Battle Passes are digital event-admission products. No physical item will be manufactured, dispatched or delivered, and no shipping charge should apply.

After successful payment, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. A QR ticket, digital pass, attendee registration link or additional entry instructions may be sent separately by Modani Productions or its authorised ticketing provider.

Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and telephone number, checking spam and promotional folders and ensuring that their inbox can receive event communications. Failure to check an email account does not invalidate the order or automatically create a refund right.

Where the confirmation is not received within one hour of successful payment, the customer should contact modaniproductions@gmail.com with the purchaser’s full name, registered email address, telephone number, payment reference and approximate transaction time.

Digital tickets and booking credentials must not be publicly posted or shared with unauthorised persons. The purchaser is responsible for protecting their order details and any QR code issued for admission.

Shopify supports storing a shipping policy even where a merchant is providing services or digital products, and saved policies can be linked from the checkout.
